Kenneth A. De Koven, Esq. graduated with a B.A. in History from New York University and a J.D. from the University Of Miami School Of Law. Over the years Ken has specialized in the disciplines of insurance insolvency and reinsurance law. Before joining Argo Partners in 2004, Ken was General Counsel of Integrity Insurance Company for ten years; he has also represented numerous international insurers and reinsurers in related litigation and arbitration matters.

Ken is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the federal courts for Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and before the United States Supreme Court and is also a contributing author and editor to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Receivers Handbook.
